*FASHIONISTA OF THE WEEK*

COMING SOON...

PEOPLE Magazine:: 'Victoria Beckham: Fashionista of the Year!'

PEOPLE Magazine has named Victoria Beckham the Fashionista of the Year!

Check out some of her most stylish moments of 0-7...

MODEL BEHAVIOR
Who better to model over-the-top couture? Posh strutted her stuff for a photo shoot in Paris in a feathered getup.

WILD ONE
Only Beckham would go out for a sushi dinner in London in a full-length leopard coat, plunging top and second-skin leather skirt.

FRIENDSHIP NEVER ENDS
Posh turned up at the Spice Girls' reunion photo call in a revealing bustier and sequined leggings.

UPTOWN GIRL
Posh made a front-row splash at Oscar de la Renta's fashion show, wearing – what else? – Oscar de la Renta.

ALL THAT JAZZ
Posh got tongues wagging in June over her barely-there Chanel hot pants and YSL pumps that seemed more appropriate for Chicago than the Women of the Year Awards in London.

MATCH POINT
The Beckhams created a buzz with their his-and-hers streaked blond crops at an awards show in London back in March.

FLAPPER DRESS
Days after attending the designer's Fashion Week show in N.Y.C., Beckham headed to dinner with husband David in a green flap-covered Marc Jacobs dress.

QUEEN OF THE JUNGLE
Beckham rocked the pink carpet of the MTV Movie Awards in a tiny Azzedine Alaia zebra-print minidress with exposed hot pink bra and silver Christian Louboutin pumps.

SUPER STYLIN'
It's the power of two: Posh hit the streets of Paris with equally stylish pal Katie Holmes in coordinating black dresses back in January.

DINNER DATE
While in N.Y.C for Fashion Week in early September, Beckham executed a glamorous exit from her hotel in orange Hervé Légér.

Biggest Fashion Trends – From Head to ToeFrom white sunglasses to pencil skirts to gladiator sandals, Mary-Kate, J.Lo and more modeled the year's must-haves. By Melissa Liebling-Goldberg

COLORED DENIM
Thank the ongoing '80s revival for this hard-to-wear trend – even if Rachel Bilson, Rihanna and Fergie are barely old enough to remember the "Me" Decade!

RED PURSES
Black and tan took a break this year while stars like Jennifer Garner, Kate Bosworth and Katherine Heigl added a bright splash of crimson to their casual outfits.

WHITE SUNGLASSES
Nicole Richie, Drew Barrymore and Paris Hilton give a nod to the year's mod trend in their groovy plastic shades.

GLADIATOR SANDALS
How to toughen up any summer outfit? Add multi-strapped flat sandals like Mary-Kate Olsen, Mischa Barton and Kate Hudson did.

TENT DRESSES
It was the trend that sparked a million pregnancy rumors! Eva Mendes, Hilary Duff and Sophia Bush were just a few of the stars to get comfy in loose, trapeze-shaped tent dresses this year.

YELLOW DRESSES
Reese Witherspoon kicked off the trend with her sexy Nina Ricci at the Golden Globes back in January. Soon, stars like Hayden Panettiere and Jessica Alba were following in her sunny footsteps.

PENCIL SKIRTS
America Ferrera, Angelina Jolie and Ali Larter prove that this slim style looks good on any figure – and you can throw a curve by adding a belt.

STACKED BANGLES
This trend had strength in numbers – the more slim metal bangles the better! Jennifer Lopez, Halle Berry and Jessica Simpson literally loaded up by the armful.

The WINNER of The FASHIONISTA101 2007 "Shoe Designer of The Year" Award is...

Christian Louboutin (born 1963) is a well known French shoe designer.

Christian Louboutin was interested in women's fashion since he was a small child. In 1979, as he was walking alongside the streets of Paris, he noticed a billboard that instructed women tourists not to scratch the wooden floor in front of the Museum of Oceanic Art.

Louboutin felt personally bothered by this sign and, as a consequence, he would draw shoes with compressed buckles and with soles. He admits to having spent a lot of time as a Teenager drawing these types of shoes in his school notebooks. These shoes would become the base of Louboutin's sales as a designer.

Later on, Louboutin began attending parties and dance halls in Paris, offering his shoes to women at these events and venues. Most of the ladies rejected his shoes, claiming to have no money.

Louboutin then decided to attend various designing schools, such as Chanel's and Saint Laurent's.

Louboutin later opened a boutique shop in Paris; his store became distinguished not only because of his clientele, but also because he offered free coffee to shoppers. Such other sellers as American company Neiman Marcus began to sell Louboutin's designs. Louboutin shoes also have a trademark red leather sole, making them instantly recognizable. He got the idea from one of his employees. One day he saw his employee putting red nail polish on, and instantly, he felt that it would be pretty to paint it on the sole too. Since then it became the signature of his shoes.

Louboutin, who has been interviewed by fashion reporters such as Jacques Brunel, has seen his celebrity status expand to such places like Monte Carlo, Singapore and the United States, among others. He includes Princess Caroline of Monaco and Catherine Deneuve among his friends.

Celebrities ranging from Angelina Jolie to Madonna are also fans of Christian Louboutin shoes and many celebrities are now choosing his shoes as their red carpet accesories.

Christian Louboutin currently has 3 boutiques in the United States. Two can be found in New York. One location is Downtown on Horatio Street and the other is on Madison Avenue. The third location is in Beverly Hills, California. Christian Louboutin is also currently in the process of leasing out 5,900 square feet of retail space on Newbury Street in Boston, and he is set to build a boutique in Las Vegas, Nevada. There has also been a boutique in London, England for many years.

Jay-Z Celebrates Birthday with Beyoncé in Paris

Jay-Z Celebrates Birthday with Beyoncé in Paris

No over-the-top birthday bash for Jay-Z this year. Instead the rapper planned a subdued, very private celebration in Paris with longtime girlfriend Beyoncé Knowles.

Okay, Okay … There was a chorus of strip-tease artists tossed in for spice.

One year after the duo celebrated Jay-Z’s big day by inviting 20 friends to a three-day Caribbean party in St. Martin, they turned down the volume and turned up the romance to celebrate his 38th.

After Jay-Z’s surprise duet with Kanye West in England on Dec. 2, sources tell PEOPLE he headed to Paris and checked quietly into the Hotel Meurice on Monday.

Knowles arrived the next day, jetting in (on a commercial flight!) following Sunday’s performance at “Movies Rock.”

The two spent a leisurely day inside their hotel suite (which overlooks the famed Tuileries garden) and, at one point, Knowles hit the hotel’s luxurious spa. As evening fell, the couple took a Maybach limo for a romantic drive around the City of Light before settling down to an intimate dinner upstairs at popular restaurant L’Avenue.

Afterward, they pulled up for the late show at the Crazy Horse cabaret, where they sipped champagne and watched the cast run through the club’s new “Forever Crazy” revue.
